Sometimes we can lose things without knowing it.
Friends, for instance.

A small change that you might not see, will lead to a big change
in the long run. And after that, there's nothing to do except
watch the tragedy unfold before you.
Or maybe you can reminisce.

Like I've always said, be it friends that you have made or friends you have lost,
it'll become obvious at the end of the day.
Because at the end of the day, it's evident who's there and who's not.
